We use the freshest ingredients, free range chicken and eggs, fresh seafood all sourced locally from the best suppliers in Perth and around Western Australia to ensure you get a flavoursome experience you will remember.
Our paellas & tapas are made following the traditional recipes from the Valencian region. Ingredients that can't be sourced locally are directly imported from Spain to make sure the dishes served at your events have that authentic traditional taste.
